A screening can help to reduce your chance of getting a condition or living with its complications, by helping you to make better decisions about your health before any symptoms appear.

We offer several different types of health screening at The Medika Clinic, each designed to give you an accurate picture of your health.

All health screenings start with a thorough 30-40 minute health check *, to help plan your health journey with Medika. This will enable us to best understand your lifestyle and how it may be affecting your health and well-being.

As part of this, one of our doctors will discuss you and your family’s medical history to better understand your health. They will also perform a physical examination. A chaperone is available for patients where desired.

We will also ask you to fill in a quick lifestyle questionnaire as part of your consultation, covering topics like diet, exercise, sleep, mental health, hair, skin and smoking, to ensure we have the best picture to design your treatment.

Once this is complete, we will put together a fully personalised report detailing every aspect of your health screening, creating a comprehensive health plan to help you achieve your health goals. We can also offer a follow up with a second appointment so that you can discuss these results with one of our medical experts.
