Head of Marketing & Partnerships - Aesthetics & Wellness
£40-50k + bonus + benefits

We are MEDIKA, and we're on a mission to transform healthcare & aesthetics. Our state-of-the-art clinic model is supported with the very best doctors and technologies to give our customers and patients access to the very best in luxury aesthetics, wellness, and healthcare services.   We are ready to expand, and plan to open several new sites in the coming year - as part of this growth we are looking for a head of marketing & partnerships to join us.

About You:

• You will be passionate about health, beauty, luxury and aesthetics.
• You will have significant experience in marketing & partnership development.
• You will be passionate about brand.

Your Role:

• Develop a revenue-generating partnership network of brands & businesses.
• Develop relationships with wealth-managers, high net worth and ultra high net worth clients.
• Work directly with our brand partners on events across our clinics.
• Work directly with the clinic founders and partners to leverage publicity and communications opportunities
• Work hands-on with social-media and content partners.
• Develop influencer and ambassador networks.

You will be based between our HQ offices and our flagship clinic in Spinningfields, Manchester, local and national travel will be required

You will have the chance to work in a fast-growing scale-up health and wellness business at the forefront of aesthetics and healthcare. Your package will give you access to the very best treatments, and to incentivise you and to help you learn our method, you will have an annual allowance you can redeem against treatments in our clinics.
